Welcome to Riverside Community College District’s emergency notification system, Secure RCCD
Secure RCCD uses notification services from Rave Mobile
Safety. Through this service students, employees and the community
will receive emergency notification messages (Alerts) from the District
or the colleges via telephone, e-mail, and text message (SMS).
Messages will range from alert notifications to information
regarding emergencies at the colleges or District sites. It is important
to keep contact information updated in order to receive
Students, Employee, Affiliates, and Contractors: If you have a @rccd.edu, @rcc.edu, @mvc.edu or @norcocollege.edu email account, click on the “Secure RCCD Log-In” button below to access your account using your username and password. If you do not have your username and password, simply click “forgot password” – DO NOT click “Register.” All district/college email accounts are automatically enrolled in the district's emergency notification system.
Parents, Guardians and Family: Please ask your student(s) to register your cell phone number(s) and email address(es) on their accounts to allow the district to maintain your account for the duration of your student's time at RCCD.
Community Members: This website allows you to register your cell phone or email address to receive emergency notifications and timely warnings issued by the district or any of the colleges. Please read through our “Interested Members of the Community” page before registering.
