Click on the link in the message. You will be taken to the Rave website and permitted to change your password.
Your account in CCAD Alert is automatically created by the college. Your username is your current full CCAD email address. You should have received your default password through a Welcome Email that was sent when your account was created. If you have lost or forgotten that default password, click the "forgot password" link to have it sent again. Once you successfully log in the first time, you can change your password to something you will remember.
When you login, please update your contact information on your main profile page. You can add up to 3 mobile numbers, 3 voice-only line numbers, and 2 additional email accounts. You are welcome to include contact information for family members or friends.
Important Note: When you enter in a mobile phone number, please be sure to follow the prompts to "confirm" that mobile phone number. When you click the "confirm" button next to your mobile number, you will receive a 4-digit code by text message. You will need to enter that code into the proper field on your profile set-up screen to confirm the usage of that mobile number. If you do not complete this step, you will not receive emergency alerts to that mobile phone number. Also, please note that changing your contact info in thie system will not change your contact info in any other CCAD information systems. If you would like to notify CCAD of an official change in address or phone number, please go to the One Stop Student Services Office to do so in person.
